Dr Hair Clinic is looking for a professional, confident, and target-oriented Customer Relationship Officer to manage patient enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and day-to-day patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and website.
- Schedule and coordinate doctor consultations and appointments.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients.
- Explain clinic services, treatment processes, packages, and pricing.
- Maintain lead and patient records in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Assist with day-to-day clinic coordination and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle patient queries professionally and escalate clinical concerns when required.
- Support social media marketing and basic marketing video/content creation.




- Work towards assigned performance and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam.
- Confident with calls, WhatsApp, and basic computer/CRM.
- Basic clinic management and administrative skills.
- Basic skills in marketing video and social media content creation.
- Professional, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Healthcare, sales, customer service, or clinic experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
