Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software
* Knowledge of building design, planning, and construction drawings
* Ability to prepare 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and working drawings
* Knowledge of building regulations and local approval requirements
* Good understanding of construction materials and site execution
* Ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams
* Valuable communication and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Site visit and project coordination as required
