Title: Engineer – New Product Development

Role & Responsibilities:

- Drafting specifications for the manufacturing of new products.
- Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products.
- Developing and sourcing of new vendor for new projects/categories of products.
- Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
- Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes.
- Developing quality control criteria and safety guidelines and ensuring that all team members adhere to them.
- To forecast and debug any problem possible found in product for quality assurance and production convenience.
- To propose some idea applicable in the new product to improve the product feature and cost matter.




- Provide enough information and product profile to our costing partner for costing process matter.
- Working/communicating with foreign factories to ensure products are ready on time.

- Co-operation between various teams.

Qualification:

- Experience: 0-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- General understanding of office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
