We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Student Counselor to lead and strengthen the University's students counselling and wellbeing services.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience in Student Counselling, psychological support and counselling services, preferably in a University or higher education workplace.

The Student Counselor will closely work with students, faculty, academic teams, parents and University leadership to promote students emotional wellbeing, psychological resilience, academic success and overall personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting students with study skills, time management, and test preparation.

· Addressing issues like stress management, emotional well-being, and social skills development.

· Helping students explore career options, plan for college, and develop job search skills.

· Working with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive environment and address student needs.

· Identifying students who need additional support and connecting them with appropriate resources.

· Designing and implementing counselling programs and workshops.





- Effectively communicating with students, parents, and staff.
- Understanding and responding to students' concerns.
- Helping students find solutions to challenges.
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for students.

Qualification

M.Sc in Counselling Psychology

10-15 Years of experience in College level student counselling(Adulthood) College Student.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
