Key Responsibilities:

- Counseling: Provide guidance and emotional support to trainees, addressing their personal, academic, and career-related concerns.
- Hostel/Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring discipline, hygiene, safety, and a comfortable living setting for trainees.
- Coordination & Administration: Act as a liaison between the skilling centre management, trainers, and parents to address trainee concerns.
- Emergency Handling & Crisis Management: Be available for medical emergencies, conflict resolution,



and other urgent situations within the hostel or training centre.
