About the Role-

Infobay.ai is looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Data Sourcing Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing relevant data, coordinating with vendors, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring timely availability of required information.

Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and strong vendor coordination abilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities-

- Source and collect relevant data from vendors, online platforms, directories, and other reliable sources.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to obtain required information and data.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors for smooth data sourcing.
- Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure timely submission of required data.
- Verify, organize, and maintain the accuracy and quality of sourced data.
- Update and manage data records in internal systems or spreadsheets.
- Identify new vendors and potential data sources as required.
- Resolve basic data or vendor-related queries through effective communication.




- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to data sourcing activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver information accordingly.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills.
