Key Responsibilities :-

- Handle daily cash, card, UPI, and digital/online payments from service customers.
- Issue official cash receipts, invoices, and gate passes for vehicle delivery.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of the day and match totals with daily job-card billing.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and deposit cash/cheques into the bank.
- Record service invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers in accounting software like Tally or ERP.
- Maintain the daily cash book and petty cash logs for workshop expenses.
- Coordinate with the service advisory and spare parts teams to verify job-card amounts and spare part billing accuracy.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with internal audits.

Required Qualifications :-

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in cash handling and general accounting, preferably within an automobile dealership or service workshop.

Skills:-

- Proficiency in computerized accounting packages (Tally, ERP, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical accuracy and honesty in cash management.
- Positive communication and customer service skills to deal with workshop clients during vehicle delivery/billing

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
