Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry Technicians in routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of Guesthouse and Project Site.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after completion of service work.
- Report any abnormal noise, leakage, vibration, electrical issue or equipment fault to the technician/supervisor.
- Maintain proper care and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.
- Customer Service
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Record Keeping
- Document all services performed, repairs made, and parts replaced in service logs.
- Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts.
- Safety Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks.




- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow proper procedures when handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
- Stay up-to-date on safety standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 10th/12th with 2-3 years experience
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
