- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and support processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with network protocols and security principles related to virtual applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support.
