We are looking for a creative and user focused UX/UI Developer to design and develop intuitive, engaging, and responsive digital experiences for AIVIDA’s websites, applications, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with front end development knowledge to create seamless user experiences that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user friendly interfaces and engaging digital experiences for websites, web applications and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Develop responsive and interactive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant front-end frameworks.
- Ensure designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers and business teams to define and implement product requirements.
- Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, reusable components and UI standards.
- Test interfaces with users, gather feedback and continuously improve the overall user experience.




- Review implemented designs and work closely with developers to ensure visual and functional accuracy.
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends, design tools, emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital products and platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design and front end development.
- Robust proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Strong visual, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience designing healthcare, wellness or service-based digital products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
