About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Content Creator who can turn ideas, trends, and brand stories into engaging content that people actually want to watch, read, and share.

As part of our digital marketing and media agency, you will work closely with our creative, social media, strategy, and performance marketing teams to develop compelling content for a variety of brands and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Create concepts and content for Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, stories, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, hooks, taglines, and short-form copy.
- Research current social media trends, memes, formats, and audience behaviour to create relevant content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, and account teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and brand activations.
- Adapt content ideas according to different brand voices, target audiences, and industries.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns, festivals, and special occasions.
- Stay updated on emerging content formats, creator trends, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future creative output.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines,



communication objectives, and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, advertising, media, or a similar creative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
- Ability to develop original, engaging, and platform-friendly content ideas.
- Good storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Solid sense of creativity, visual thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects and work within deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn.

Good to Have

- Experience creating or scripting Reels/short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work.
