- Relationship Building: Serve as the main contact point and trusted advisor for top-tier clients.
- Revenue Growth: Identify up-selling, cross-selling, and current business expansion within existing accounts.Retention & Renewals
- Drive contract renewals, reduce churn, and manage customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal product, tech, and support teams to meet client needs
Pay: ₹290,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
