CPL Ground Training Instructor / Pilot Training Coordinator

Neerja School of Aviation is expanding its aviation training portfolio and is looking for an experienced CPL Ground Training Instructor / Pilot Training Coordinator to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing CPL/DGCA examination preparation, mentoring aspiring pilots, supporting DGCA-related procedures, and coordinating students with our partner Flying Training Organisations (FTOs) for flight training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training and DGCA CPL examination preparation.
- Guide students in CPL subjects, examination preparation and mock tests.
- Assist students with DGCA examination procedures, documentation and applications.
- Provide guidance regarding DGCA Computer Number and examination-related processes.
- Guide students regarding DGCA medical requirements and medical documentation.
- Counsel students on the complete CPL training pathway and pilot career options.
- Coordinate with partner FTOs/flying schools for students’ flight training.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and examination readiness.
- Prepare study plans, revision schedules, assessments and mock examinations.
- Mentor students throughout their ground-training and examination journey.




- Maintain updated knowledge of DGCA regulations, licensing requirements and examination procedures.
- Assist the management in developing and improving Neerja’s CPL training programme.
- Maintain proper student records and provide regular progress reports.
- Represent Neerja professionally while interacting with students, parents and aviation training partners.

Requirements

- DGCA CPL (Aeroplane) holder – mandatory/preferred based on role suitability.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA CPL examination subjects.
- Previous experience in CPL ground training, pilot training or an FTO is preferred.
- Instructor rating / relevant ground-training qualification will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of DGCA examination and licensing procedures.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Robust interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Passion for aviation education and student development.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
