Job Overview

DXG (Zouma Group) is looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to support growth in the pharmaceutical segment through telesales and client acquisition.

The role involves engaging with hospitals, distributors, and pharmacies, building strong relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
- Generate leads through telesales and follow-ups
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Connect with hospitals, distributors, and pharmacies
- Present company offerings and convert leads into clients
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution





Eligibility Criteria

- MBA / BBA / B.Com
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)

Skills Required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Interest in pharmaceutical sales / telesales
- Good communication and confidence
