Senior Python & AI Developer

We are looking for a Senior Python & AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, AI and Machine Learning to join our team in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate should have experience building real-world AI/ML solutions and should be confident communicating with clients and internal teams in professional English.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable applications using Python.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions.
- Work with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered applications and APIs.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents.
- Analyze requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers and clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of AI/ML.




- Strong Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with REST APIs and databases.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain or AI Agents is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

English Communication – Mandatory

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

The candidate should be comfortable with:

- Client communication and meetings
- Understanding and explaining technical requirements
- Presenting technical solutions
- Professional written communication

Important: Work From Office

This is a STRICT WORK FROM OFFICE position in Ahmedabad.

Remote and hybrid options are not available. Candidates must be willing to work from our Ahmedabad office on a full-time basis.
