- Overall management of CM1 commercial activities for AEML distribution areas.
- Planning and deployment of workforce, vehicles, tools and field resources.
- Supervision of meter reading, bill distribution, revenue collection and meter replacement activities.
- Planning and monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly operational targets.
- Monitoring of daily productivity, SLA/KPI and quality parameters.
- Coordination with AEML officials on day-to-day operational and commercial matters.
- Monitoring of defective, damaged, tampered, burnt and abnormal meter replacement.
- Monitoring of revenue collection activities and achievement against assigned targets.
- Review of field complaints, exceptions, consumer grievances and pending jobs.
- Ensuring timely closure of field complaints and escalated issues.
- Monitoring of material consumption, issuance, utilization and reconciliation.
- Monitoring of manpower attendance, deployment and productivity.




- Review of field team performance and taking corrective actions wherever required.
- Ensuring proper utilization of mobile applications, DMS and other project systems.
- Preparation and review of daily, weekly and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Conducting periodic review meetings with field and back-office teams.
- Ensuring compliance with AEML SOPs, safety requirements and contractual obligations.
- Ensuring proper documentation and record keeping for all commercial activities.
- Escalation of critical operational, consumer and commercial issues to the appropriate authority.
- Ensuring skilled conduct and discipline of all project personnel.
- Ensuring confidentiality and protection of consumer and project-related information.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
