Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to manage day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely movement of materials/orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily dispatch and loading activities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, transporters, and internal departments.
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents and records.
- Ensure materials/orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and vehicle movement.
- Maintain dispatch registers, stock movement records, and basic reports.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport partners regarding delivery schedules.




- Resolve routine dispatch and delivery-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up until delivery.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or related operations.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently.
- Candidates comfortable with day-to-day operational responsibilities will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
