Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can develop and execute solid organic social media strategies for multiple business accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 9–10 business accounts, creating content strategies, generating scripts, and driving follower growth organically.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple brands.

* Manage and strategize for 9–10 business accounts simultaneously.

* Create content ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, and content calendars.

* Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility organically.

* Research trending topics, hashtags, viral content formats, and competitors.

* Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

* Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

* Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and video teams.

* Track and improve key metrics such as followers, reach, engagement, views, shares,



and saves.

* Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and new content formats.

* Prepare regular performance reports and growth plans for each account.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management/Strategy.

* Strong knowledge of organic social media growth.

* Excellent content planning and scriptwriting skills.

* Proven ability to grow social media followers and engagement organically.

* Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

* Familiarity with AI tools for content research, ideas, and script generation is an added advantage.

* Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills.

* Must be comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
