Job Description

We are seeking a Category Manager – E-commerce to manage product categories, optimize online listings, and drive category sales performance. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, oversee product assortments, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned product categories and ensure optimal assortment on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to drive category growth.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely product availability and competitive pricing.
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and category-specific marketing strategies.




- Monitor category KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution of category initiatives.
- Identify new products and growth opportunities within the category.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product listing, and online merchandising.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Result-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in category management, product management, or e-commerce operations.
