Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior FDE with strong expertise in **Databricks, Apache Spark, cloud data engineering, and consulting**. The candidate will work closely with customers to design, develop, optimize, and deploy scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- * Design and implement scalable **data engineering and analytics solutions** using Databricks and Spark.
- * Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks projects from requirements through production.
- * Work directly with customers on technical discovery, architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design.
- * Optimize Spark workloads for **performance, scalability, and cost**.
- * Implement **CI/CD and production deployment** best practices.
- * Support MLOps and integration of data engineering with ML workflows.
- * Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
- * Stay current with Databricks platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications





* **7+ years** of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or analytics.

* **10+ years of consulting/customer-facing experience**.

* Hands-on experience delivering **6–8+ Databricks projects**.

* Deep expertise in **Apache Spark**, including Spark runtime internals.

* Experience with **2+ cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP), with deep expertise in at least one.

* Solid knowledge of **Databricks, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, SQL, and distributed computing**.

* Experience with **CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps**.

* Strong understanding of **performance tuning and scalability**.

* **Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification** and required training/classes.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
