VIDEO EDITOR CUM TRAINER

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month (based on experience & expertise)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled *Video Editor cum Trainer* who can independently create high-quality content while also *training and mentoring our creative team*. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, creative storytelling ability, and a good understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit Reels, ads, personal branding, influencer content, podcasts, interviews, and brand videos*

* Handle colour grading, sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic VFX*

* Work on green screen and short-form social media content

* Train and mentor junior editors/interns on editing techniques and workflows

* Review team output and provide creative/technical feedback

* Stay updated with *latest editing trends, AI tools, and social media formats*

* Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project delivery

* Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for content requirements

Requirements

* 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency





* Strong portfolio/showreel with diverse editing work

* Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent

* Good understanding of motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, VFX, and storytelling

* Ability to train, guide, and improve junior team members

* Strong creative eye, communication skills, and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
