We are hiring for a Production Manager for a Luxury Jewellery Retail Stores

Salary : Upto 12 Lakhs Per Annum

Experience: 6-7 yrs

Role Description:

# The Head of Production – Jewellery will oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring that all jewellery pieces meet standards for quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery.

# It involves planning and scheduling production, coordinating with artisans and suppliers, and optimizing workflows from design handover to final product.

# The Head of Production will manage daily shop-floor activities, monitor inventory and materials, and maintain transparent communication between design, sourcing, and sales teams.

# Responsibilities include enforcing quality control processes, resolving production issues, and driving process improvements that support brand growth.

# The role also entails managing production budgets, mentoring and guiding the production team, and establishing best practices to scale operations while preserving the brand’s artisanal integrity.

# Skills in Production Planning and Production Management,



with experience coordinating multiple jewellery collections and timelines.

# Skills in Operations Management, including workflow optimization, vendor coordination, and quality assurance within a luxury or fine jewellery context.

# Skills in Jewellery production and development along with quality control.

# Skills in Budgeting, including cost estimation, margin management, and resource allocation across materials, labor, and outsourcing.

# Experience in fine or high-end jewellery manufacturing, including knowledge of materials, techniques, and finishing standards.

# Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

# Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, commercial, and external partners.

# Relevant experience of working on Basic Microsoft Excel and the ability to read and interpret technical sheets through CAD - create a PDF

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
