Job Description – Store Manager

Locations: Kazipet, Kodad — 2 Openings
Department: Retail Operations
Experience: 3+ Years
Reporting To: Area / Regional Manager
Salary: ₹25,000/month + Incentives + PF + HDFC Ergo Mediclaim

Role Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and leading the store team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and store standards.
- Drive sales targets and profitability through effective team management.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; retail management qualification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Positive knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and POS systems.
- Willingness to work at the assigned location.
