About the Role

La Densitae Clinic Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Hair Transplant Doctor to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, treatment planning, and performing hair transplantation procedures while ensuring high standards of clinical care, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient consultations and assess hair loss conditions.
- Evaluate patients for suitability for hair transplant procedures.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient requirements and clinical assessment.
- Perform and supervise hair transplant procedures, including FUE and related techniques.
- Design natural-looking hairlines considering facial aesthetics and patient expectations.
- Ensure proper handling, preservation, and implantation of grafts.
- Supervise and guide the clinical/OT team during procedures.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Provide pre-procedure counselling and explain treatment expectations, procedures, and aftercare.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and manage any clinical concerns appropriately.
- Conduct post-procedure follow-ups and provide necessary aftercare guidance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.




- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient experience and clinical operations.
- Stay updated with advancements in hair transplantation, hair restoration, and aesthetic procedures.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS, MD, OMFS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Valid medical registration with the respective medical council.
- Relevant certification, training, or experience in hair transplantation is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in FUE/hair transplantation will be an advantage.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

- Strong understanding of hair loss diagnosis and treatment.
- Knowledge of FUE and modern hair restoration techniques.
- Good aesthetic judgment and hairline-design skills.
- Patient-centric approach with excellent counselling abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
