About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Creative Head to lead our overall creative function across digital marketing, advertising, social media, brand communication, and content production.

The ideal candidate will combine strong creative thinking with commercial understanding and be capable of transforming business objectives into impactful creative campaigns that build the brand and drive customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the overall creative strategy and visual/content direction for the brand.
- Lead creative campaigns across digital advertising, social media, website, performance marketing, video, and brand communication.
- Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, communication ideas, hooks, and storytelling frameworks.
- Oversee the development of static ads, video ads, reels, social media creatives, landing-page creatives, banners, promotional campaigns,



and other marketing assets.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Performance Marketing, Copywriting, Design, Video, and Business teams.
- Ensure creatives are aligned with the brand's positioning, target audience, and business objectives.
- Develop creative strategies specifically for performance marketing and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Review and approve creative concepts, copy, designs, videos, and campaign assets before execution.
- Guide the team on creating multiple creative variations for testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
- Identify new creative trends, formats, references, and content opportunities across digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity and tone of communication.
