Job Summary :

The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day SAP B1 functional support, understanding business processes, coordinating with users and implementation partners, and supporting process automation and IoT-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day SAP Business One support to end users across business functions.

· Understand and support business processes related to Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.

· Analyze user issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with SAP consultants/vendors for resolution.

· Support SAP B1 master data and transaction-related activities.

· Prepare and maintain functional requirements, process documentation, and user requirement documents.

· Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system/process improvements.

· Participate in SAP B1 implementation, enhancement, testing, and change-request activities.

· Support development and implementation of automation projects to improve operational efficiency.

· Coordinate with IoT/automation vendors for system integration and process improvements.

· Support SAP B1–IoT integration and related dataflow/process requirements wherever applicable.

· Prepare reports, MIS, analysis, and management dashboards using MS Excel.

· Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis between SAP and operational systems.

· Conduct user training and prepare SOPs/user guides for SAP-related processes.

· Monitor system issues and ensure timely resolution through proper follow-up and coordination.

Mandatory Requirements





· Graduate – Computer Engineering/Computer Science/IT, SAP Certified Associate – SAP Business One exam

· Good understanding of manufacturing and business processes.

· Ability to interact effectively with users from Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Finance, and Management.

· Hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) support.

· Excellent hands-on knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory, including data analysis, reporting, look-up functions, Pivot Tables, etc.

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical system/process solutions.

Additional / Preferred Requirements:

· Exposure to IoT-based manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.

· Prior exposure to automation projects is preferred.

· Candidates without prior automation experience should demonstrate a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and pursue automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

· Exposure to SAP B1 integration with IoT, automation, and Industry 4.0 machines, production systems, or other external applications will be an advantage.

· Experience working with external SAP/IoT vendors and implementation partners will be preferred.
