Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Job Sheet & ERP Executive with strong knowledge of the packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate production job sheets and managing production orders through ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare production job sheets from confirmed customer orders.

Create and manage BOM, production orders and material requirements in ERP.

Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores and Production.

Verify specifications, quantities, materials, processes and approved samples before releasing jobs.

Track production stages and update ERP regularly.

Ensure accuracy of material consumption, wastage and production requirements.

Identify and resolve specification discrepancies before production.

Must Have Knowledge

Strong practical knowledge of all three packaging categories:

1. Rigid Boxes

Greyboard, paper, wrapping

Printing, lamination

Foiling, embossing

Die-cutting, pasting, assembly





Magnetic/ribbon/accessory boxes

2. Monocartons

Paperboard/GSM

Offset printing

Lamination/coating

Die-cutting, creasing and pasting

Folding carton structures

3. Corrugated Boxes

Kraft/fluting/liner specifications

3-ply/5-ply/7-ply construction

Flute types

Printing, die-cutting and stitching/pasting

Box dimensions and material requirements

Candidate Requirements

1–5 years of relevant packaging/production experience

Strong ERP experience is mandatory

Good knowledge of BOM, production planning and material consumption

Good Excel skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to understand technical specifications and production processes

Experience in rigid + monocarton + corrugated packaging preferred

Important: We are looking for a packaging professional with ERP knowledge, not just an ERP/data-entry operator.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
