Academic Head – Job Description (Pan India Centre Support Team)

Role: Academic Head (Accounting / Multimedia / Office Automation & Programming)

Location: Across India (As per Centre Requirement)

### Role Summary

The Academic Head will be responsible for establishing and strengthening academic operations at newly opened as well as existing centres where faculty support is required. The role involves teaching, faculty recruitment, faculty training, and ensuring smooth academic operations until the centre becomes fully functional.

### Key Responsibilities (Applicable to All Academic Heads)

* Provide complete academic support to newly opened and existing centres.

* Recruit faculty for centres where faculty is not available.

* Train and mentor newly hired faculty as per SSIAS academic standards.

* Until a permanent faculty joins, personally conduct classes for the assigned subject and ensure batches run without interruption.

* Set up classrooms, labs, timetable, syllabus planning, and practical sessions.

* Support student admissions through seminars, demo classes, workshops, and orientation programs.





* Coordinate with the Head Office and Centre Management for academic planning and implementation.

* Ensure the centre is academically established and operates independently with trained faculty.

### 1. Academic Head – Accounting Faculty

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

*Skills: Manual Accounting, Tally ERP9/Prime, Peachtree, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, TradeEasy, SAP FICO, GST, MS Excel, Basic *Computer Knowledge.

2. Academic Head – Multimedia Faculty

*Qualification: Any Graduate

*Skills: Graphic Designing, Motion Graphics, Digital Marketing, Animation, Video Editing & VFX, Web Development, Adobe Creative Suite.

3. Academic Head – Office Automation & Programming Faculty

*Qualification: Diploma / Degree / PG in Relevant Field

*Skills: PC Operations, Windows, MS Office, AI Tools, C, C++, Java, Python, MySQL.
