Job Title: Senior Specialist - System Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist - System Management to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is critical for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable systems, leveraging advanced Java technologies and modern data management solutions to ensure operational excellence.
Job Description:
1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance Java-based microservices.
2. Utilize the Spring Boot framework to build scalable and resilient applications.
3. Manage and optimize Kafka event streaming platforms for critical data pipelines.
4. Administer and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
5. Implement and monitor system observability using APM tools and distributed tracing.
6. Collaborate with architecture teams to define system designs and technical specifications.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
8. Ensure adherence to best practices in system security, reliability, and scalability.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of system management processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with Java and Java Microservices architecture.
Proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
Demonstrated expertise in Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Strong command of PostgreSQL database management.
Good to Have Technical Skills:
Experience with MongoDB.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
Knowledge of APM tools and distributed tracing.
