About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, monitor quality and progress, and ensure that project execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress against the approved construction schedule.
- Check workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or coordination issues before execution.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DAR), EOD reports, site instructions, checklists, and progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and testing.
- Monitor concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
- Verify quantities and support measurement and billing activities.
- Identify site issues, delays, and risks and report them to the Project Manager.




- Coordinate with MEPF and other services to avoid site-level clashes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution sequence.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
- Participate in site meetings and follow up on action points.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of construction activities.
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, construction methods, and site documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in handling contractors and site manpower.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
