Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, average transaction value, and repeat customers.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Drive sales of gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and other jewellery products.
- Maintain solid knowledge of product specifications, pricing, making charges, offers, and promotions.
- Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve store profitability.

Customer Experience

- Ensure exceptional and personalized customer service at every stage of the buying journey.
- Handle high-value customers, VIP clients, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure the showroom maintains a premium, welcoming, and well-presented environment.
- Support the team in product demonstrations, consultations, and closing sales.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, coach, and monitor the performance of sales and support staff.
- Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Plan staff schedules, shifts, leave, and daily responsibilities.
- Conduct training on jewellery products, selling techniques, customer service, and company policies.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, grooming standards, and professional conduct.





Inventory & Jewellery Operations

- Ensure accurate handling, display, movement, and storage of jewellery and other valuable inventory.
- Conduct and supervise regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor stock transfers, repairs, returns, exchanges, and customer orders.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inventory-related transactions.
- Coordinate with the inventory, accounts, security, and operations teams.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, damages, and operational errors.

Store Operations & Compliance

- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the showroom according to company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of security and follow all cash and jewellery handling protocols.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, card transactions, and daily reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and internal audit procedures.
- Coordinate with head office regarding sales, inventory, marketing, staffing, and operational matters.
- Maintain showroom visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5–10 years of retail experience, preferably with 2–5 years in a store management or supervisory role.
- Jewellery

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
