About the Role

The position will be responsible for managing end-to-end export and import operations, including

shipment planning, documentation, customs and regulatory compliance, logistics coordination,

vendor management, export incentives, and coordination with international customers and internal

teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing export and import operations, documentation, shipment planning and execution.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, customs and inspection

agencies.

- Ensuring compliance with DGFT, FTP, Customs, INCOTERMS, LC terms and other applicable

regulations.

- Managing container booking, loading, shipment tracking and export/import documentation.
- Coordinating with Procurement, Production, Quality, Packaging, Finance and Warehouse





teams.

- Managing vendors and negotiating freight rates and commercial terms.
- Supporting international buyer development, costing, price negotiation and order follow-up.
- Handling export incentives, government schemes and banking/payment coordination.
- Maintaining accurate records and MIS related to export-import operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
