We are looking for a confident and experienced Interview Trainer to prepare students for university admission interviews, visa interviews, credibility interviews, and other study-abroad-related assessments. The trainer will help students improve their English communication, confidence, presentation skills, and ability to answer interview questions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one and group interview training sessions for students planning to study abroad.
- Prepare students for university interviews, visa interviews, credibility interviews, and scholarship interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Evaluate students' English communication, fluency, grammar, pronunciation, confidence, and body language.
- Help students develop clear and relevant answers based on their academic background, chosen course, university, finances, career goals, and SOP.
- Identify students' weaknesses and create personalized improvement plans.
- Train students in skilled communication and interview etiquette.
- Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress.
- Keep students updated on common interview formats and expectations for different study destinations.
- Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams regarding student profiles and training requirements.
- Maintain records of student performance and provide feedback to the relevant team.
- Motivate students and build their confidence before interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in IELTS/PTE/TOEFL training, interview training, student counselling, teaching, or study-abroad consultancy is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of international university and visa interview processes.




- Ability to identify and correct grammar, pronunciation, and communication issues.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work with students from different academic and language backgrounds.

0–2 years: Junior Interview Trainer / Communication Trainer
2+ years: Interview Trainer / Senior Interview Trainer

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
