We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Associates to join our store team.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers with a warm smile and positive attitude
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with product selection
- Take accurate orders and provide appropriate product suggestions
- Serve ice creams, desserts and beverages as per SOP
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and grooming standards
- Handle POS billing and payment processes accurately
- Support dine-in, takeaway and online orders
- Follow food safety, storage and product-handling procedures
- Maintain the store’s presentation and customer experience standards
- Support opening, closing and day-to-day store activities
What we’re looking for:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident and customer-oriented personality
- Basic selling and suggestive-selling ability
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs
- Good grooming and personal hygiene
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Punctuality, discipline and responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Experience: Freshers can apply. Relevant retail/QSR/F&B;/customer-service experience is an advantage.
Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates.
