Kaya Gantavya Resorts is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth, effective, and high-quality guest services.

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Pelling, Sikkim
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Fooding & Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily resort operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and company policies.
- Coordinate with HODs and management for effective operations.
- Monitor housekeeping, front office, F&B;, and other operational activities.

Candidate Profile:





- Previous experience in hotel/resort operations is required.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
