We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the store sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle B2B and B2C customers and develop strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell power tools, hand tools, machine tools, accessories, safety products, and industrial products.
- Monitor stock availability, fast-moving products, and stock requirements.
- Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and merchandising.
- Handle billing, cash management, ERP entries, and daily sales reporting.
- Follow company SOPs, HR policies, and store discipline.
- Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order conversions.
- Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, service, and accounts teams.
- Conduct daily team meetings and review individual sales performance.




- Identify local market opportunities and support customer/field visits when required.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales/store management, preferably in industrial tools, hardware, machinery, or related industries.
- Strong sales and team-management skills.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working under sales pressure.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing/ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and close sales.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
