- Should have positive track record of successful commercialization of Medical Instrumentation products in India and the USA.
- Should have strategic intent with a view to developing next generation healthcare products, and have the ability to transform this vision into executable short-medium- and long-term programs
- Deep understanding and relationship through the value chain (Hospital systems, clinical settings, Regulators, and the larger medical community in India and the USA
- Understanding the FDA and DCGI approvals process
