Key Responsibilities

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls.
- Handle firewall policies, NAT, routing, VPN, security profiles, and access control.
- Perform firewall deployment, implementation, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot network and security-related issues and provide timely resolution.
- Work on POCs, security audits, deployments, and implementations.
- Configure and troubleshoot IPsec and SSL VPN.
- Monitor network security events and identify potential security threats.
- Prepare network diagrams, configuration documents, and implementation reports.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and operations teams for project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations and project activities.
- Stay updated with the latest network security technologies and best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Network Security / Network Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall is required.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with firewall policy configuration, NAT, security profiles, and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of network security concepts.
- Experience in enterprise/customer environments will be preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Certification

- Fortinet NSE 4 certification will be an added advantage.
