We are looking for a Part-Time SRE / DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join NexDraco Tech Solutions.

The engineer will help build, automate, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure and application platforms while improving their availability, reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on engineering role covering Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Observability, Automation, and Production Troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Work with Helm and GitOps/ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments.
- Implement monitoring, dashboards, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Monitor system and application reliability and help define appropriate SLIs, SLOs, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot Linux, networking, application, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident improvements.
- Automate repetitive operational activities using Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting/programming languages.
- Work with IAM, secrets management, networking, DNS, load balancers, SSL/TLS,



and basic cloud security controls.
- Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to improve application reliability and deployment practices.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and production troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability concepts.
- Scripting/automation experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software delivery practices.
- Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who is hands-on and willing to learn, rather than someone who simply has exposure to a long list of tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
