Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, applications, and system updates.
Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and other networking devices.
Have a good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and subnetting.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity and troubleshoot network performance issues.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic security configurations.
Perform system setup, software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
Identify recurring technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers, vendors, and external technical teams when required.
Maintain records of support requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and user queries.
Assist in maintaining IT security, backups, antivirus, and system policies.




Support employees with remote access, VPN, email, and other business applications.
Follow IT best practices and company policies for infrastructure and data security.
2 years of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Good practical knowledge of computer networking and network troubleshooting.
Robust understanding of:

LAN/WAN
IP Addressing & Subnetting
Wi-Fi & Network Connectivity
VPN
Routers & Switches
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business applications.
Basic understanding of IT security, antivirus, firewalls, and access control.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with internal teams.
Willingness to learn new technologies and IT tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
