KISCOL is looking for a energetic and target-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our TMT Steel sales team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in TMT steel sales, dealer management, distributor handling, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with TMT steel dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Identify and develop new dealers and business opportunities.
- Expand the company's TMT steel market presence in the assigned territory.
- Generate sales leads and follow up on enquiries and orders.
- Handle dealer requirements, pricing discussions, order coordination, and payments.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure effective sales and distribution of TMT steel products.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
