Post : Account Executive in School

Experience : 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage school accounts, financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Handle student fee collection, outstanding payments, refunds, and related queries.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Coordinate with parents, vendors, staff, and management regarding financial matters.
- Reconcile bank statements and school financial records.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and student information.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, accounting procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Support audits and provide required financial documents and reports.




- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by school management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in accounting, finance, administration, or a school environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
