Senior Interior QC & Final Measurement Specialist – Residential Interiors

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Interior QC & Final Measurement Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in residential interior projects, with a sharp eye for design errors, measurement discrepancies, detailing issues, and execution quality.

This role will be responsible for carrying out the final site check after the designer completes the design, verifying all dimensions against the drawings, conducting 2D drawing checks, and ensuring the project is fully ready before it moves into production/execution.

The candidate will also conduct periodic Quality Control (QC) visits at ongoing residential project sites, identifying errors and ensuring the same mistakes are not repeated across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct final site measurements before production.

- Cross-check site measurements against approved 2D drawings and designs.

- Thoroughly verify dimensions, levels, wall-to-wall measurements, openings, niches, ceiling heights, electrical points, plumbing points, and other critical site conditions.

- Identify discrepancies between site conditions, drawings, and design requirements.

- Perform detailed 2D drawing/QC checks before production.

- Check furniture dimensions, clearances, material specifications, hardware, shutters, panels, and other interior detailing.

- Ensure drawings are practical and executable at site.

- Conduct final quality checks at site before production/installation.

- Visit ongoing project sites during free schedules to perform QC inspections.

- Identify workmanship, measurement, design, and execution errors.





- Prepare clear error/QC reports and communicate corrections to the concerned designer, project manager, and execution team.

- Maintain a record of recurring mistakes and help the design/execution team prevent them in future projects.

- Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors, and production teams to resolve discrepancies.

- Ensure projects meet the company's quality standards before moving to the next stage.

What We Are Looking For

- 4–8+ years of relevant experience in residential interior design, execution, site supervision, or interior QC.

- Strong practical knowledge of residential interior construction and execution.

- Excellent understanding of 2D interior drawings and technical drawings.

- Strong measurement and dimensional-checking skills.

- Ability to identify even small discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.

- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, TV units, false ceilings, electrical/plumbing coordination, etc.

- Robust attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of final checks.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across Bangalore.

Preferred Skills

- AutoCAD / 2D drawing knowledge.

- Experience with residential interior design software/drawing systems.

- Experience working with an interior design/execution company.





- Previous experience in interior QC, snagging, final measurement, or pre-production checking is highly preferred.

- Candidates who have personally handled multiple residential interior projects from design to execution will be strongly preferred.
