What we are doing

We are developing a new single authentication solution that will be integrated and used by all products within the ParentPay Group.

A new team will be forming and will be working under a DevSecOps culture using eXtreme Programming techniques, ensuring the highest standards of quality, security and delivery are met.

The product will pass through a formal Service Transition process into live support, but the team should also have a firm focus on live service operations and where they fit into 3rd line support.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Consultant who is passionate about building products that deliver exceptional customer experience. You will contribute towards creating test scenarios, manual Testing, automating the scenarios and benchmarking the performance of products and services in the ParentPay group portfolio.




You will be responsible for understanding the domain as well as technical intricacies of the product working on the product backlog, and aid in delivery acceleration through creative thinking, an evidence-based approach and a keen focus on user and business value.

The product will deliver a new Auth Solution for all group products, so alongside customer facing elements there will need to be a firm technical foundation. A solid understanding of technical principles and an ability to converse and work with solutions and technical requirements is therefore essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

-
Develop understanding of the Domain and technical intricacies of the product.
- Consistently evaluate and become the expert in the domain space.
- Collaborate with the product stakeholders to understand the Acceptance criteria thoroughly.
- Build robust UI/UX solution using .NET, C#, Microservices, HTML, CSS technologies.
- Would need to work on Azure B2C implementation.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles
- Understanding of oauth api call sequence
- Robust Agile Development Practices
- Ability to work in a technical environment. Should have experience with Whitebox testing techniques.




- Demonstrate clarity of thought and the ability to translate the complex into simple and consistent terms.

Essential Skills

- .NET 8 or later
- Azure ecosystem (ADO)
- C#
- Strong understanding of architectural principles
- Strong understanding of API Design
- Agile Development Practices

Desired Skills

- k8s
- kiuwan or similar for security testing
- JUnit or similar for unit testing
