Job Summary
The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, restoring services as quickly as possible, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the resolution of critical (P1/P2) incidents.
Act as the central point of contact during major incidents.
Drive incident bridge calls involving technical and business teams.
Track incident progress and ensure timely service restoration.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, management, and customers.
Escalate issues to appropriate support groups when required.
Perform incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA) coordination.
