Job Description:

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to provide technical and application support to customers. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring quick resolution of technical problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers and troubleshoot their issues.
- Provide prompt support through email, phone calls, and the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Travel to customer locations when required.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.
- Identify and report software bugs to the Development team.
- Assist in reviewing and prioritizing bugs.
- Work closely with Development and other teams to resolve customer issues.
- Support application testing, integration, and implementation activities.
- Handle critical customer escalations and provide technical support.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Assist junior team members with technical support and new technologies.
- Take responsibility for quick and effective issue resolution.
- Be willing to travel to other states and countries when required.





Qualifications:

- Any UG/PG degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Implementation, Application Support, Consulting, or Development.
- Good computer and technical knowledge.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, servers, networks, and web applications.
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

- Candidates living near Chromepet.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai.
