TooshModa, a premium fashion brand under WoolGold India, is seeking a highly connected and well-networked Fashion Connection & Influencer Relations Expert to drive brand visibility and cultural relevance across digital and entertainment ecosystems.

This role is designed for a skilled who has strong, established relationships with celebrities, upcoming actors, YouTubers, bloggers, and social media influencers, and can strategically leverage these connections to amplify brand presence.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building and executing influencer, celebrity, and creator-led collaborations that elevate brand awareness, strengthen positioning, and drive both B2B and B2C growth.

This is a relationship-driven, high-impact role requiring strong industry connections, negotiation skills, and an understanding of fashion and media ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

- Leverage existing network to onboard celebrities, influencers, and content creators for brand collaborations
- Identify and develop relationships with high-potential influencers, bloggers, and rising talent
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships including outreach, negotiation, coordination, and execution
- Align influencer and celebrity campaigns with brand strategy and campaign objectives




- Build long-term relationships with talent and agencies to strengthen brand positioning
- Track performance and impact of influencer campaigns on engagement, reach, and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful campaign storytelling

Required Skills & Expertise

- Proven, strong network of celebrities, influencers, and digital creators
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or premium brand collaborations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Understanding of influencer marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations and campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of current trends in fashion, media, and social platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, or brand partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to activate and leverage personal industry connections
- Strong understanding of celebrity and influencer ecosystems
- Strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities
- Self-driven, highly connected, and results-oriented
