Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement/Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in Hardware & Electronics / Manufacturing procurement, especially in sourcing raw materials and electronic components.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct procurement of hardware, electronic components, and raw materials.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
- Handle price negotiation and cost optimization.
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with inventory, production, and accounts teams.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement MIS.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Must have experience in Hardware & Electronics or Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, RFQs, quotations, and PO cycle.
- Positive Excel and basic ERP/Tally knowledge.
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
