- Google Business Profile optimization and Local SEO
- SEO: keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, backlinks, content strategy and rankings
- Meta Ads: Facebook + Instagram advertising, retargeting and lead generation
- Social media management: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Content creation and content strategy
- Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
- Short-form video/reel editing
- Landing pages and website conversion optimization
- Email and SMS marketing
- CRM systems, lead tracking and follow-up automation
- Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and reporting
- Call tracking and understanding where leads/revenue are coming from
- Marketing automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Competitor research and building marketing campaigns from scratchMost importantly, We need someone who understands lead generation and revenue, not someone who only cares about followers, likes, impressions or making pretty posts.They should be able to look at a business and say:“Here is where we should advertise,



here is what customers are searching for, here is what our competitors are doing, here is what campaign we should launch, here is how we track it, and here is what we need to improve.” we need someone who is: Extremely resourceful

- We are not looking for someone who knows a little Canva and calls themselves a digital marketer. I want someone who has actually run campaigns, generated leads, tracked results and understands how the different pieces of digital marketing work together.
