Hiring: Industrial Stitching Operator

Homeshelvio is looking for a skilled Industrial Stitching Operator to join our team and help us manufacture high-quality clothing & wardrobe organizers, storage bags, shirt organizers, saree organizers, and other fabric products.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Jack & other industrial sewing machines
- Ensure neat stitching, strong seams & premium finishing
- Handle zippers, handles, piping, partitions, etc.
- Experience working with non-woven fabric, cotton, polyester, canvas, lining fabrics, etc.
- Accurate Measurement & Stitching Follow a sample/product specification accurately
- Zipper Stitching (Should be able to install zippers neatly and smoothly)
- Handle & Strap Stitching Ability to attach handles/straps securely
- Partition & Compartment Stitching Experience creating internal sections, pockets, dividers, and compartments, keep compartments properly aligned.
- Neat Finishing Straight and clean stitches, No loose threads




- Product Assembly Understand the complete process from individual fabric pieces → stitching → zipper/handle → final organizer.
- Should be able to maintain good speed without compromising quality, especially if you plan to manufacture in larger quantities.

Requirements

- Experience in industrial stitching/sewing
- Positive hands-on experience with Jack machines
- Experience with bags, organizers, garments, or similar products preferred
- Good knowledge of fabrics, measurements & stitching techniques
- Quality-focused and hardworking

Salary: ₹15000 – ₹20000 per month, based on experience
